How It Works
Bottles are fed into the machine through the infeed conveyor, where an infeed stopper ensures proper load application, and the line-up guide helps align bottles into rows.
The pusher cylinder moves the bottles forward for wrapping, and its adjustable stroke ensures smooth and accurate operation.
Bottles pass through the shrink tunnel, where the advanced heating system enables uniform hot air circulation, shrinking the film tightly around the bundle.
Cooling fans adjust their position at the end of each shift, cooling the tunnel conveyor for quick shutdown, while wrapped bottles are discharged efficiently via the SS wire mesh conveyor.
