How It Works
Preforms are automatically fed into the system, where they are evenly heated using a near-infrared heating system to achieve the required flexibility for molding.
Heated preforms are transferred into the 4-cavity mold, where compressed air inflates them, forming precise bottle shapes simultaneously for higher output.
The newly shaped bottles are cooled quickly using an advanced air or water cooling system, ensuring they retain their shape and durability.
Once solidified, the bottles are ejected through the online automated transfer system, ensuring smooth handling for further inspection or packaging.
