How It Works
Preforms are manually loaded into the machine, where they are heated evenly using an advanced heating system to achieve the desired flexibility for molding.
The heated preforms are placed into the mold cavity of the 1 Cavity Semi Automatic 20 Ltr Jar Blow Moulding Machine for shaping.
Compressed air is injected into the preforms, expanding them into the mold to create the desired 20 Ltr PET jar shape.
The newly formed jars are cooled for stabilization and then ejected from the mold, ready for inspection, packaging, or further processing.
