How It Works
Bottles are fed into the machine using a conveyor system, where an infeed stopper and lineup guide ensure precise alignment into rows.
The bottles are pushed forward, and shrink film is wrapped around them while the system applies adhesive or seals the edges securely.
The wrapped bottles pass through an advanced shrink tunnel where controlled hot air shrinks the film tightly around the bottles, ensuring a perfect finish.
Cooling fans stabilize the wrapped bundles, and the final product is smoothly discharged via the wire mesh conveyor for further processing or packaging.
